Bonnie Miller

Bonnie took her first yoga class at Power Yoga Santa Monica in 2009 and was immediately in awe of (and a little intimidated by) the practice. In 2012 she completed her YTT with Tamal Dodge at The Yoga Collective in Venice Beach, CA. As a licensed psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner she has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.

Tamara Vodovoz

Tamara has been practicing yoga since her mother took her to her first class at 17. She completed her first formal YTT in 2009. Tamara blends traditional yoga principles, over a decade of study and practice of Thai massage, modern scientific understanding of biomechanics, nervous system regulation, and breath physiology.

Johanna L. Baldino

Johanna's journey began back in the days of Jane Fonda and hot pink leg warmers, and it’s been evolving ever since. She completed her YTT in beautiful Bali on the island of Nusa Lembongan and specialize in Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and yoga for migraines. I’m passionate about helping students find balance, strength, and stillness—on and off the mat

Kazuko Sakura

Kazuko discovered yoga during her third pregnancy but her true yoga journey started in Paraguay where she was working as a Japanese teacher. She found that yoga was a way for her to release emotions during life's hardships and she decided to change her career and returned to California to complete her YTT. She has been teaching yoga ever since and sharing her passion with a humble heart.

Usha Delorme

Usha is a lifelong sports enthusiast which resulted in many sports injuries over the years. These injuries ultimately brought her to Pilates, Hatha Yoga, and meditation. She is a firm believer in Yoga and Pilates for anyone seeking recovery and comfort. She completed her 200 hour YTT at YogaWorks Newport Beach.

Melissa Cunha

Melissa discovered yoga in Davis as an undergraduate while preparing for a physically demanding theatre role, and was drawn to the practice as a way to connect more deeply with her body and breath. Since completing her YTT in 2018, she has carried her teaching across the globe—from the coastlines of Santa Cruz to the bustle of Manhattan and even as far as Zurich. As a performer, she sees yoga as both expression and grounding—a way to stay present, embodied, and in tune with the breath, both onstage and off. She’s taught in a wide range of spaces, including public schools, studios, universities, and even Cirque du Soleil.

Ashlynn Dodd

Ashlynn found yoga while living in Monterey, CA where the rhythm of the ocean and connection to nature sparked a deep appreciation for the practice's healing power. She completed her YTT at Mt. Madonna in Watsonville, CA. Ashlynn is passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces and guiding students (especially beginners) through practices that invite presence and connection.

Tara Diel

Tara began her practice in 1998 and has been a dedicated yogi ever since. She completed her YTT at Kaya Yoga and teaches yoga as a path towards building strength, ease, and overall well-being. Yoga has been transformative in her life, on and off the mat, and she finds immense joy helping students with their own personal yoga journey.

Lauren Powell

Lauren has been teaching group exercise for 20+ years with a passion for fitness and health. Her mission is to engage with students and create positive energy, love, and light to humanity through teaching. She has taught many formats including Zumba, U-Jam Fitness, Kickboxing, Pilates, Sculpt, and Yoga. She's excited to teach Power Yoga Flow to ignite the energy of the body with a beautiful flow of postures to give you feel-good vibes while toning and stretching the body and mind.

Lauren Port

Lauren has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, and teaching since completing her 200 hour certification at Aloft School of Yoga in 2018. She is committed to a daily movement practice for physical and mental health, whether that movement be yoga, kayaking, or a walk with her dog. Lauren's class style is a slower breath-matched flow, suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Kate O'Malley

Kate is an adventurous yoga teacher who seamlessly blends her passion for wellness and art into everyday life. A true world traveler, Kate gathers inspiration from diverse cultures, weaving it into her practice and artistic expressions. With her expertise as a licensed psychotherapist, art therapist, and Reiki master, she nurtures bodies and minds, and invites you to join her on a journey of discovery, healing, and creativity.

Maria Betts

With a 200-hour certification in yoga and meditation from the School of Healing Arts in Marin County, California, Maria Betts has been a dedicated teacher since 2011. Her teaching style is deeply rooted in Iyengar yoga, with a strong focus on alignment and pain reduction in the body. Maria specializes in providing classes for children through senior adults, and her ability to accommodate all bodies includes offering chair yoga and restorative yoga classes. She has extensive experience in community settings like recreation centers and libraries, and is also the former owner of The Zen Den Studio.

Brandi Walker

With 17 years of devoted teaching, Brandi weaves together the dynamic energy of Vinyasa, the meditative stillness of Yin, and the deep healing of Yoga Nidra into a practice that nurtures body, mind, and soul. Her classes are an invitation to move with intention, rest with awareness, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. Known for her grounded presence and intuitive teaching style, Brandi creates a space where students of all levels feel safe to explore, release, and transform. Whether flowing through breath-led sequences, surrendering into deep stretches, or drifting into the restorative realms of Nidra, her teachings offer more than just yoga—they offer a return to self.
